Our School

Since opening its doors in 1925, Wickenburg High School has been at the heart of the Wickenburg community—growing, changing, and thriving right alongside the town it serves. Thanks to the support of our community, we transitioned from our humble campus in the downtown area to our current location in 1999. While the building may have changed, the school’s rich history and cherished traditions remain strong. From homecoming games to school plays and everything in between, our school is filled with stories that span generations—and many of those stories are still being written by families who’ve been part of WHS for decades.

At Wickenburg High School, school isn’t just a place to learn—it’s a place where our students take the reins, learn the ropes, and make memories that last a lifetime. Our school is a point of pride for our whole community, and you’ll find plenty of alumni who choose to live and work here, cheering on the next generation of Wranglers. Whether it’s through community events, school celebrations, or just neighbors supporting one another, there's a true sense of belonging that fills our campus. The strong bond between WHS and its community is what has made this such a special place for 100 years (and counting).
